your blog is motivating! love it. I'm 137 pounds and I want to be 10 pounds lighter. I do exercise (weights&running) 3 times a week and I should eat 1400 to maintain my weight. (i eat 1400 a day)of healthy good food. whenever I stop exercising for a week (due to illness or time of the month) I will put on weight lol. so I think mainly my weight loss is down to my exercise. ?but I can't cut down on my food. that’s awesome to hear!!! if you find yourself getting hungry, fill up on some greens like celery or broccoli! also, make sure you’re drinking lots and lots of water! other than that, it sounds like you’re doing great! keep up the exercise and the healthy eating and you’ll be at your goal in no time :)
